Join them every Friday at Lost Valley in Auburn for the Lone Pine Summer Concert Series! Enjoy free, all-ages concerts on the Floor Systems Stage starting at 6:30 PM. Doors open at 4 PM. Savor Lone Pine Brewing craft beers and weekly cocktail specials. Food trucks are onsite from 5:30-8:30 PM, plus Brewpub food & drinks.

Bring your family and friends to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon picking apples in their family-owned orchard. Ready picked apples, pears, plums, squash pumpkins and mums also available, along with their own fresh pressed cider. No preservatives. They will open in August! Hours: 9 am to 5 pm mid-August thru Thanksgiving.

Lewiston Farmers' Market Location: Bates Mill 5, Lewiston, 5 minutes from the Inn

We have countless trails for hiking and biking right within Lewiston, including the greenway, the riverwalk, and Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary.  We are situated along the Androscoggin River, which offers kayaking and fishing. If you are looking to swim or picnic where there is some beach, we might have a couple of suggestions...

Range Pond State Park Location: Poland, 15 minutes from the Inn

Range Pond State Park is a perfect destination for swimming, picnicking, and hiking. The park features a beautiful sandy beach and clear waters, making it an ideal spot for a summer day trip. Pack a picnic and enjoy the scenic views and serene atmosphere.

Tripp Lake Location: Poland, 20 minutes from the Inn

Tripp Lake has a public beach with parking on route 11. You can swim in the warm lake water or just enjoy the views. There is an active Bald Eagle’s nest along the cove of Tripp Lake. You can also catch a glimpse of loons on the lake, but one thing you will not find is a jet ski. These are generally calm waters and jet skis aren’t allowed. Canoes and kayaks are always welcome, so grab your binoculars and explore!

While Lewiston is inland, you’re not far from some of Maine’s beautiful beaches. Old Orchard Beach, a classic New England beach town, is just a 45-minute drive from the Inn. Enjoy the sandy shores, amusement park rides, and seaside eateries without paying coastal hotel prices!

Devil's Grove is a premier disc golf course close to the Inn. Lewiston is the "Disc Golf Capital", and the courses are well-maintained. People come from all over to play at Devil's Grove. Try your hand at it, though I hear it's mostly in the wrist!
